We had a real good stay at this luxury hotel. Liked tea and coffee making facilities, a seating area, and ironing facilities in the room. All of the stuff were top-class, excellant. The location of the property was beautiful and good - relatively near Ocean World.

The rooms were brand-new and new-fashioned and we could park on site. The staff was affable, good service.

We had the a double room and it was modern with seaview. Favourable location - a short walk to everywhere we needed.

The hotel was the best base for enjoying a pretty comfortable area, near to bars and private beaches, certain areas of the resort, and Puerto Plata. It was huge and spacious, good enough for shopping. The staff was amazingly nice, offered wake up service and ironing free of charge. The service was excellent and the pool was good. Besides, our parking was on-site.

Paid usd 25 per 24 hours to access the net, but Wi-Fi was horrible.

It was a very good stay on VACATION. The location was great - a short walk to everywhere we wanted to go. We found Chris & Mady's offering shots and different drinks 1 mi of the venue.

Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Puerto Plata. It was best base for shopping. The location was favourable, relatively near Ocean World. I was upgraded to a beautiful a double room with seaview.

My stay at Lifestyle Tropical Beach Resort & Spa was fantastic! The location was perfect, with easy access to the best bars and private beaches. I loved that I could walk to Chris & Mady's for a drink or two, as it was close to the hotel.

Upon my arrival, I was moved to a neighboring resort, the Cofresi, supposedly as an upgrade. Wrong!!! In my room, I killed several mosquitos, the water in the tub backed up when I took a show and the AC only had one setting. I stayed there one night. I went over the Tropical to ask why I was supposedly upgraded and how I was not happy about the room that I was assigned. They told me to come over at 4 and room would be available. I did get a room at Tropical however it wasn’t much better. The room was outdated, I had to kill more mosquitoes and I found long hair on the wall of the shower that was of mine.

The food was good and plenty to drink. Also, the people were very friendly.

Didn’t wanted to be bothered with timeshare pictures. Please upgrade the room.

location: the hotel was right by all the best bars, puerto plata, and the beach area. the a double room was huge, i felt like at home.

I truly enjoyed the brand-new and new-fashioned room with seaview and the staff were top-class. The location of this hotel was beautiful and particularly good. Ate at Rodizio, it's approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the venue.

This place is possibly the best and a really good spot for a vacation.

Everything was really good, good service, stunning location so close to bars and private beaches, the casino, and the restaurants and events. The bed was comfy, the room was huge and extremely spacious with seaview. The staff members were amiable.

Overall had very very good stay on VACATION. The room was brand-new and modern with seaview, we stayed in all day. It was in a favourable location in the middle of jackson.

I really enjoyed staying in the newly designed room with a beautiful view of the sea.

Convenient Location

I liked how this place was situated close to the beach, the resort's key areas, and the best bars. Plus, it was right in the heart of the action. 🌴
